Bikes: , Jury Bike, Moto Outcast 29, Spicer standard track frame and spicer custom steel sprint frame.

either the rush hour or the one way I would say in that case both would make great commuters/ trainning steeds I personally run 69 inches on my winter ride and step it up for track season
