If you have a color inkjet printer, you can do it yourself. Several companies sell "waterslide" decal paper for inkjet printers; you print your own art onto the paper and spray a protective coating over the ink. Once it's done, it applies just like premade decals. I did it for my son's Cub Scout racer last month, and it works great. Just Google inkjet & decals for supplies and instructions. You can get the paper by the sheet on EBay.
