I know just the right place. Go to Thomas Bike on Fern St., between Cedar and Date, in the Golden Hill/South Park area. It's a family shop specializing in cyclocross, track, and BMX; on Tuesday and Friday this guy Chad works there and he is the guy to talk to. He'll spend quality time with you customizing a bike (or choosing a complete bike), and he knows the right things for touring. He's in line with the Rivendell philosophy of bike fitting and touring. I just ordered a whole drivetrain through him, and his assistance was invaluable. I hope you get this in time.
