Wouldn't Bicycling Mag have had to attribute such a thing?
I was trying to avoid cyclocore like the plague, especially since the issue of Bicycling magazine costs only $5. Cyclocore is one of the most annoyingly pushy websites--I signed up for the "free tips", and not only did I get nothing useful at all form it (i.e. no tips), I got a clogged inbox full of sales pitches. Cyclocore apparently wasn't content to let their product sell itself...
