Personally I don't, but it's a fact that people get more pumped up when they see an action movie. I don't have a trainer, but what really does help is to listen to hardcore rave whenever I get tired. It makes me wanna go and there's a nice beat to keep up with as well. This doesn't mean going crazy and wearing yourself out in 1 minute, but with proper breathing and will ... and the music, it's great! I'd say give it a try!
