brief history: I was a word class swimmer for 10 plus years but never did leg weights worth a sh*t. I started leg pressing 175 but after 5 weeks with my coaches lifting plan I was at 540lb. I didnt notice anything until I started doing interval training and all of a sudden I have the burst and power.
