Well, it doesn't work. No matter what I do, it will not shift correctly. Jumps all over the place, hovers down after shifting up perfectly. Snapping, popping etc etc etc. It may have worked together 15 years ago when they were new parts, but they certainly don't now. Going back to thumb shifters, at least they worked, despite missing covers, scratches.....,,,,BD
