It might be ISO but it is likely JIS. But you can probably get ISO cups to fit into a JIS headtube. The JIS/ISO cup difference is only 0.2mm (JIS is 30.0, ISO is 30.2). I had no problem installing ISO cups into my late '80s MTB headtube and then went to install the race before I realized that my MTB takes a JIS headset
