You're kinda slow on the uptake, as usual. I'm sure if you think about it, especially in the context of marriage vs. civil unions and the debate that has been raging for the at least the last couple of years concerning 'who' is allowed to marry and who isn't - to the point where some want to amend the Constitution, I think the light bulb of understanding will illuminate.
