yep.. I still see a decent of cheap shows (not that $18.50 is too bad, but I've gone to a bunch of local stuff lately), but touring ain't cheap for an indie band so I'm willing to suck it up for a good show. Ditto for buying merch at shows. 100% funds straight to the band which is always nice on the road.
