Anyone else upset by the Feb. Dirt Rag cover?

I just got my first issue of Dirt Rag in the mail yesterday. It's the Feb issue, which has a cover that's rather risque. My parents saw it and demanded me to cancel the subsriction to DirtRag right away.

They said I could keep that issue, but they tore the cover off. I mean I'm 13, and I believe I am mature enough for this material.

So do you think Dirt Rag should have put this on the cover?
