I don't know if he decided to turn right at the last minute, or was always intending to turn but had been so preoccupied with passing me that he didn't have time to position himself afterwards. But we were stopped for a good 15 seconds or more, and he didn't even try to adjust his position, or even turn his signal on. I'm just wondering what was going through his mind...
