road - Pinorello Galileo
winter road - Cannondale Bad Boy Ultra - I switch from 700x28s to mtb wheels depending on conditions
cruiser -- Bianchi Milano

2. Do you take any special supplements/vitamins/minerals as you have grown older?
Nothing special...but the posts are making me think about glucosomine
3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?
Got back into biking at 50..I'm speeding up. I can keep up, well almost, with my 35 yr. old tri-athlete daughter and am trying to keep up with my new 4yr. daughter from China
4. How long have you been biking? New, around a while, biked all your life?
In my 20's and early 30's I was a bike commuter..40 mile round trip...but stopped virtually all exercise when I turned 40 because of work travel etc....gained weight the usual stuff. I'm back now...and feel pretty passionate about cycling
5. What type of biking do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides, commute, tour, race?
I've done a couple of centuries...and have also done a longer tour...but mainly ride near home,
6. How often do you bike? Your approximate annual mileage?
usually 80-120 miles a week in the summer....I ride all winter...full lights and cold weather kit. indoor trainer makes me cranky. last year I did about 2,300
7. Do you do any other type of physical activities - weight lifting, skiing, running, etc.?
Taught skiing for many years...but love x-country. no weight training
