IT WORKS! Very nicely. I need a new cassette/cogs, or at least the smallest cog if it's replaceable. The problem was that both the dropout and RD were slightly bent. Someone probably bought a new bike when all that was really needed was a tweak or two. Thanks for the help! It rides great now, and hits the gears
