As someone said already: 29" is actually thick 28". Here in Finland they say 28" when they mean 700C (or ISO 622). If you go to almost all shops in Helsinki and mention 29" tires, they will look at you as if you were barking mad - and some will even tell you so. Most people just haven't heard of 29ers.
And those A10 are 700x40C, which is about 28" x 1.5", which is not yet in the 29er category. You got to get to at least 28" x 2" to be 29"
