Yay Jonathan! Way to GO! You're going to do it, and that's great. Remember to get enough rest, eat well and hydrate well the week before the event. Any "training" that you try to do within 3-4 days of the event won't net you any benefits, it'll just tire you out. Be sure to let us know how it goes!
