Note that 200-300 calories per hour is *not* a lot of food. That's one clif bar or equivalent an hour or so. Try to get 50-75 calories every 15 minutes rather than a big chunk every hour, and you should never really be full.

Lots of riders ride for 90 minutes, hit a rest stop, eat 500 calories, and then have issues later on. Don't do that.
