I'll tell you what, I guarantee you that in the fullness of time, I'll pick up an Ephgrave for around the £50 mark. Until now, I would have kept it, if it was in my size range, but now? Not so sure. £450 is well into curly stay Hetchins territory, and would have bought a complete HR Bates that was on recently, plus that Ernie Clements frame I wanted so much, and there would have been loads of change besides! Pretty lugs and all, but yikes!
