The "Turbolite" thing was bugging me so I went back out and looked - it IS "Carbolite". I had to look more closely. The entire shifting system is Suntour with a double crankset up front (stamped Peugeot) and a seven gear in back. It has a "Suntour Seven" shifter. The stem is "ATAX" I think. The brakes say "Peugeot" but the levers say Weimann so I'm assuming it's Weimann levers and brakes.
