I'm in canada too,

I've ordered 4 times from them.

The first was a test, 2 tires. No duty or anything.

Next was a full chorus group, again no shipping but a 5$ handling fee by canadapost.

3rd was a wheelset, bars and stem. Duty this time, but still very cheap.....

I think the duty depends on alot of things. There are duties on somethings and not on others, as well as how the customs people (or whoever) are feeling at that moment.

Anyway, I had a real hard time not ordering those look pedals last night at 50% off.........Couldn't convince the wife........."yes I know all our bikes have look's, but another set could come in handy!"
