I believe all the external small lipstick sized cameras need an actual video camera hooked to them. You carry the video camera in a backpack or fanny pack, make sure to pad it well. Weight depends on the video camera, but it wont be that much no matter what camera you use. It all depends on how you crash.....a hard direct hit to either module might kill it, I dont know. Viosport is actually a locally run company, but is known bigtime throughout the states. You can see their cameras on TV shows like the real world on MTV, and they can be seen at many sporting events also.
