i've gained 15 lbs the last 2 months because i haven't ridden much since the weather has been awful here.

on my hybrid, my fastest descent was 38mph. and on a typical 15-30 mile ride i'd avg 15-16 mph.

i don't have a computer on my road bike yet so i don't know my avg speed....which is what i'm talking about. i have no idea what my top speed is on this bike yet. gotta be close to 28! my bike wants me to average around 25mph for a 15 mile ride. i don't see that happening for quite some time. i'm mostly working on my cardio now anyway. really high cadence.

added bonus to tongue-in-cheek posts like this....fishes for the posters that belong on your ignore list.
