The 1st one is full carbon.
The 2nd one is Giants Alliance frame. Basically, draw a line from the rear derailleur to the headtube, the top half is carbon, the bottom half is aluminum. With the fork of course being carbon.
Thats the only difference, everything is the exact same. just have to take them both for a test ride and see if i can tell the difference, if not, i'll keep my $400.
