I have Ultegra on the 5200.....and once I get everything adjusted properly, I can better gauge between the two. The SRAM stuff is probably a good pound lighter though. Brake feel is a bit funky (feels like there's resistance somewhere in the housing), but that's probably because I suck at putting a bike together and did something wrong. My buddy is a bike mechanic, and he will be going through the bike before it sees the road.
