Voler is the sweet spot for me...and I've tried a LOT of different brands. Subscribe to their newsletter and they will send you monthly specials. Their regular shorts used to be available for as little as $40 on sale and are first rate. Their prices have increased recently though but they are still a good value. I'm not so enthused about their jerseys though - very thin. Great for hot weather usage but a base layer is needed if it's on the cool side.
