The rear tire started to slip on the rollers. I actually "lost it" once at 40 MPH, but falling off the rollers at 40 MPH is much better than on the road.

Yeah I found that if I don't keep my body centered on the bike the bike will come of the rollers toward the back. In the long run I think this will help as I tend to get really far forward when I'm sprinting and the rear tire starts to hop around a bit.
