where in cebu are you going? cebu city itself is a bit congested but there are rides near the outskirts of the city. where in cebu are you going to be assigned? mandaue? cebu city?

btw, there's a book that you can get for around pesos 800 (about us$ 17.00) that has bike trails/roads that you can take. its specific to the visayan islands of which cebu is part of.
