Excellent, thanks for the information so far. I forgot to add that I have a Fizik Arione saddle that I find very comfortable and also a carbon seatpost but I don't know whether the Cannondale road frame seat tube is the same width as the Cannondale mtb frame seat tube that I currently use.

Bars etc I will try out before buying to get the right fit.

Any ideas about what to watch out for when buying a headset? I want to make sure I get the right size for the frame.
