A lot of us ride multispeed road bikes and fixies though. Last tuesday my girlfriend and I tooks our bikes to the metropark for a recreational ride, and yes I used a bike rack strapped to my VW New Beetle. Granted I don't fit in with the majority of the roadies on here, as I don't have a full kit, use toeclips, and mostly bike to commute to school and stuff, but I think it's worth pointing out.
