Kurt, I looked at getting one of those for my build in the UK last year. As far as I can remember, they are Tange forks. Looked quite nice. I thought Tange forks were nice?
Wound up getting a Look fork instead.
If you are dealing with the UK, Cycles Clements in Ledbury (near my home) can order you chromed Simoncini forks. Or one of the UK frame crowd would be happy to oblige.
