I was dealing with a bit of that from Dec-Jan. Wore a brace most of the time, and hit the gym to strengthen the leg muscles, especially the ones that cycling doesn't work.

Really nothing wrong with it now. I just need to warm up well, as the tendons still tend to click, though there is no pain. It gets smoother as it lubricates.
