I didn't realize how cold it was until I got to work, after tacking a 10 mile out-back onto the 6 mile commute, and found my fingers were killing me after I took my gloves off, and it took me a while to be able to type reasonably accurately. I did notice at one point that the aluminum bar-ends were sucking warmth from my hands that the rubber handlebar grips were not, so that should have been a clue (besides all the frost and ice, I mean...). Beautiful sunrise.
