Sorry to hear about your crash but thankful to hear that it wasn't any worse. I have a continual fear (in the back of my head) of the concrete rivers and the type of accident that you had.

About 20 years ago I was riding my mountain bike on the SGRT south of Eldo when a bee landed on my jersey just below my neck. When I vigorously swept it off my jersey with one hand I also hit my handlebars which sent me down the dirt embankment. Fortunately, no rocks and I managed to stay upright for the ride down.
