Mine were less expensive & came with the Carnac cleat insert & a set of SPD cleats. With the recessed cleats & rubber soles, they are quite comfortable to walk around in. I have had a pair of Carnac "Ligne" mountain bike shoes for many years. They are good for riding & OK to walk in but have a hard, lugged sole that can be slippery on grocery store floors. Don
