Friend Hooked Me Up!!

Friend of mine is moving out of town for a new job and was cleaning out his garage and such, and found what he called "Some old bike break levers" and wanted to know if I could use them. Well I thought about it for about .0000001 seconds cause you can never have too many bike parts

Well he dropped them on my desk a little while ago and they are actually Ultegra STI 9-Speed Levers (ST-6510) never even been used. I told him he could sell them for some decent money, but said I could keep them.

So here are my plans, I would like to move them to my Trek 1000, but to do so I'm correct in needing to replace the front and rear derailers, and the cassette. I can keep my Stock Triple Crank correct? I was thinking I could probably find some 105 stuff on ebay and that will work with the STI.
