Overall I would say they are on par with any bike from Wal Mart. That bike will bounce like crazy or will be so stiff it will never flex. It probably won't be the most comfortable thing to ride either.

For $350ish I would buy a Specialized Hardrock Sport Link or Gary Fisher Advance Link or something similar from a quality bike brand.
