I've already decided that I am going to bring my road shoes so when they fit me they can adjust my cleats. Any advice will help thanks
Shoes
Shorts
Jersey (this is important so the fitter can see if there are, umm, issues with flexibility or even if there isn't)
Helmet
Gloves if you ride with them'
Wallet (so you can buy that sweat ride!)
You shoud basically be set up like you were going for a ride for your fit, sans helmet, but you will need that for the test ride, unless you don't mind putting some skanky greased up helmet on.
I ride SPD so I figured they would have a pair of those around but if you have some obscure pedal bring your own. I'd make the call before getting the wrench out.
