The Heavy Duti is, well heavy. A very durable cantilever framed ballon tire bike. It's a great cruiser, simple, easy to repair, tough. For cruising around the neighborhood, it'll be fine. I think they were originally intended for industrial or institutional use, and seemed to come in safety yellow. I don't know when they started to make them.
