I'll take the one with Ultegra. I don't think there is a lot of difference between the 2, except a little less weight and a lot more money! Of course the Dura-Ace is said to last longer, but...from my opinion, the most important factor regarding how long it could last is how you take care of it.

And with the difference (in money) you can buy a great set of wheels!
