The pivots were losening up on me a lot. Even after locktite. I wanted something a little more durable for where I ride. I'm 45 minutes up the coast from SC so I am partial to the local thing as well. I also wanted the 5th element and that didn't seam like an immediate option for the Enduro yet. The Enduro bobbed like crazy unless I had the lock-out on. Which wasn't very helpful for quick sprints. The Heckler w/ 5th element feels like it has 2 more inches of travel over the Enduro, very plush. And there is absolutely no bob (noticable) whatsoever, even while sprinting. A truly incredible shock. You can land sideways and the shock will suck down and straighten you back out. The Enduro would wash out the front end in similar situations. I have not noticed any brake jack either. I have to say that I am really beginning to wonder if FSR is just a bunch of hype? I know it's not a completely fair comparison for me to make because of the different shocks. But a single pivot w/ 5th elemant is a great combo for sure!
