God help you. Stock up on Advil (for after the ride, but who can blame you if you pop a few @ the base of that last climb). If you do take Ibuprofen during the ride (surely on some misguided Banned Substance list somewhere) count on Dick Pound to capture you @ the finish and burn you @ the stake.
