Ah…First, change those wheelset and tires. You ride on the sidewalk eh…so 26” isn’t legal. You need 24 inch. I will leave the frame as is otherwise its just getting a new bike.
Pike 454 is not necessary on sidewalks and family friendly bike path. Something lighter is better for that. O and if you ride on the sidewalk, that means you have to walk crossing the road legally. So using clipless (959) isn’t such a good idea, as it will damage the pavement and cleats. Sram & XTR stuff you have are fine.
I am getting really confused…you ride this bike on sidewalk. DH bar, Mono M4 are really too heavy for that. Get sth lighter like EC90 and Mono Mini if you like stick with Hope brakes. Thomson Elite stem is better then Diaboulous. Avid Flak Jacket cables are ok but Nokon are better. King set = good. Saddle is a personal preference. Seat binder…if you adjust it a lot since you go on trail and side walk, get a Salsa QR.
