The vast majority of drivers who honk at and buzz me on Riverside Drive are NJ drivers, angry that the West Side Highway is packed, "forcing" said NJ drivers to drive on Riverside Drive at a mere 45mph (note that the limit is 30mph and the highway limit, while 50mph, is typically exceeded by 15-20mph).
