Far more pesticies are used in the production of soy
than the production of milk. Commodity milk prices
have plummeted over the past few years, which has
lead to the phasing out of BGH. Organic milk standards
are as high as they ever were, although there is some
evidence that Horizon has been skirting the standards
in order to meet the demand from Wal-Mart. There
are plenty of reasons not to drink milk, but those aren't
them.
