I don't know if a helmet would have saved his life or not. I really enjoyed reading his website but I disagreed with his views on helmets. Helmets do offer protection like keeping your head from being de-scalped but in a head-on crash, I don't think they do much. Still, I wear one.

A lot of people miss Ken Kifer and I am one of them although I never met him personally.
