Those ones may be, but the Lake's are a thing of beauty and look more like a teva. I wore mine for two years before a strap blew out. Nashbar's are likely next because apparently the sole is a little stiffer. Sandals are the cats ass.
Sac, if you're determined to wear sandals with clips and straps, get something that'll stay on your feet, like a teva, chaco etc. etc. I can't imagine it being very comfy, but the advantage of using more of a hiking sandal over a flip/flop is that it may provide more toe protection by immobilizing your foot more so fore and aft than a slip on would and some have more of an upturned sole at the toe to avoid stubbage. On the other hand, straps may cinch better on your bare foot than over a sandal strap apparatus.
