Doing this sequenced training was something I picked up watching one of those "Lance" things on the Fitness Channel. It was a tiny 2 minute bit that was background to some voice over junk but it made the light bulb go off.

+1, I also saw this. I believe Lance does 1 minute sitting, 1 minute standing.
