Just got my PBK order in last night, and in an effort to minimize time spent tweaking, I was doing a Delta/Keo cleat swap at work. Can I use the side hash marks on the Deltas to position the Keos? If I do, the back, sides and bolt holes of the cleats line up perfectly. The nose of the keo cleat is much shorter than the Delta. Since I don't have my bike in front of me, I can't compare the Keo and Delta pedals to see if the same hash marks giv me essentially the same foot position.

Anyone have experience switching from one to the other?
