I thought about that option and two things discourage me. First is that moving the BB to the right will have my left crank disproportionately closer to the frame. The second reason is aesthetic; if I could avoid the bb protruding from one side of the shell I would like to try.

Either way it is still an option, I was just wondering if there are any issues with Campy/Miche compatibility and whether a campy BB can still be adjusted by a mm or so to the right.
