ive been tyring to find info, but i've come up with little. i agree with the tube sizes are odd, and that is a sloppy paint job. but, it might be a decent frame. someone here has to know.
do you think it has italian threads? i also just sent the seller a question about the tubeset, but i don't see a decals in the pics.
